The company is a joint venture between your company and Gujarat State Electricity Co Ltd. for captive mining of coal blocks at Machchakata in Agul Dist of Orissa State. The Company has appointed Mine Developer cum Operator for executing the project. The vital preliminary activities like acquisition of land, various Govt clearances are in process. The Govt. of Orissa has granted approval for the project. Coal Mining Service Agreement between MDO i.e M/s Adani Enterprises Ltd and Mahaguj Collieries Ltd for 30 MTPA coal has been signed on 6thMay 2010.
Dhopave Coastal Power Co. Ltd.
This company has been incorporated to implement various Thermal Power Projects as green field project under case-2 as per the guidelines of Ministry of Power Government of India.
